Butterhead Salad Company started with a simple idea: wholesome, made-to-order food that feels like home. Founder Sabena Branche made it real — right here on Beacon's Main Street.
Sabena's leap of faith
A Hudson Valley native, Sabena spent years dreaming of a craft-your-own salad spot with fast, friendly service and a genuinely welcoming vibe. She traded her commute for an apron and opened Butterhead.
Everything made from scratch
Fig balsamic dressing, house-roasted sweet potatoes, house-baked croutons — nothing here comes from a bottle or a bag. Every bowl is built fresh to order, and the difference is unmistakably real.
